Our Story
Lifetime Community Care Inc. was founded with a simple but powerful conviction: that adults with disabilities deserve more than basic care — they deserve a life rich with purpose, connection, and growth.
Over the years, we've grown from a small day program into a multi-service organization serving hundreds of individuals across the San Gabriel Valley, Pomona, and the Inland Empire through four specialized programs.
Today, our team of dedicated staff and caregivers continues to show up every day with the same passion that started it all — a deep commitment to the people we serve and the communities we call home.
